DIGITAL VOICE TERMS OF SERVICEEffective On or After December 31, 2011Welcome to Verizons FiOS Digital Voice Service.In this Agreement (Agreement), you and your mean the customer of Verizon FiOS DigitalVoice Service (Service(s)) defined below, and Verizon, we, our, and us mean the Verizonoperating companies that provide you with Service (see Exhibit A for the specific Verizon companyproviding the Service in your state).You acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older, andyou agree that you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and affirm that theof a 911-dialed call to be correctly routed to emergency response center personnel.This Agreement incorporates the terms of the Calling Plan you selected.The Calling Plan includesyour monthly service allowances and features.To the extent that there is a conflict between thisThis Agreement becomes binding when you accept this Agreement.You accept thisAgreement and Verizons terms and charges when you subscribe to, use or pay for theIF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICEAND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY TO TERMINATE IT.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FORANY CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SERVICE UNTIL THE SERVICE CANCELLATIONDATE.DEFINITION OF SERVICEa)Verizon FiOS Digital Voice Service is a residential voice service.
