This memorandum promulgates Version 1.2 of the Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities to the Intelligence Community which shall replace Version 1.1, effective immediately.

Based upon input from the Intelligence Community and as a result of a cooperative effort by physical and technical experts from the IC elements and our industrial partners, this Version 1.2 of the Technical Specifications has been updated to meet the needs of the com-1, Physical Security Standards for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities.
